Prostate cancer-induced changes in the gut microbiota of obese mice

To determine whether the presence or absence of prostate cancer directly affects the gut microbiota of obese mice, we collected feces and analyzed the gut microbiota of high-fat diet-induced obese mice and control diet fed mice with and without cancer.

为探究前列腺癌的存在与否是否会直接影响肥胖小鼠的肠道菌群（gut microbiota），本研究收集粪便样本，对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠以及正常饮食饲喂的伴癌与无癌小鼠的肠道菌群进行分析。
