We report the effects of simultaneous deletion of ppx1 and ppx2 on transcription profiles of M. tuberculosis Overall design: RNA was isolated from mid-log phase culture of parental and double mutant strain. Experiments were repeated twice for each strain. Controal samples were S1 and S13 (S1_R1 & S1_R2; S13_R1 & S13_R2). RNA isolated from mutant strains were S2 and S3 (S2_R1& S2_R2; S3_R1 & S3_R2)
本研究报道了ppx1与ppx2同时缺失对结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)转录组谱的影响。整体实验设计:实验材料取自亲本菌株与双基因缺失突变株的对数中期培养物,每株菌株的实验均重复两次。对照样本为S1与S13组,其中S1组包含S1_R1、S1_R2两个生物学重复样本,S13组包含S13_R1、S13_R2两个生物学重复样本;突变株的RNA样本对应S2与S3组,其中S2组包含S2_R1、S2_R2两个生物学重复样本,S3组包含S3_R1、S3_R2两个生物学重复样本。
