Data for 'Controls on Ice Cliff Distribution and Characteristics on Debris-Covered Glaciers'

This dataset contains ice cliff, pond, debris, glacier and crevasse zone outlines (as shapefiles) derived for the study 'Controls on Ice Cliff Distribution and Characteristics on Debris-Covered Glaciers'.

They were outlined from 14 Pléiades multi-spectral images (see Methods and tables in corresponding manuscript and SI) acquired at the dates indicated in the corresponding folder names.

The majority of the Pléiades stereo-pairs used were provided by Etienne Berthier via the Pléiades Glacier Observatory (PGO) initiative of the French Space Agency (CNES). The remaining images were acquired through the CNES ISIS Programme.

本数据集包含冰崖、冰面水塘、冰碛物、冰川以及冰裂缝带的轮廓（以形状文件（shapefile）格式存储），相关数据源自研究《冰碛覆盖冰川的冰崖分布与特征的控制因素》。

这些轮廓基于14幅普莱赛德（Pléiades）多光谱图像绘制而成，图像采集日期详见对应文件夹名称，相关方法与表格请参见对应论文手稿及补充材料（SI）。

本次使用的大部分普莱赛德立体像对由Etienne Berthier通过法国国家空间研究中心（CNES）的普莱赛德冰川观测站（PGO）项目提供。剩余图像则通过法国国家空间研究中心ISIS计划获取。
