本数据集为下述发表论文的配套数据:采用高光谱成像(hyperspectral imaging)技术直接检测并定量沉积物中的藻蓝蛋白(Phycocyanin)。本次提供的高光谱数据已完成全部处理流程——包括归一化(normalization)、感兴趣区域(ROI,Region of Interest)划分、子集提取与掩膜处理(masking)——最终得到沉积物掺加实验(spiking experiments)中叶绿素a(Chlorophyll a)与藻蓝蛋白两种色素的RABD指数。
