本数据集涵盖巴哈雀稗(bahiagrass)牧草地的四项指标:牧草生物量、饲草供给量、单位面积增重及化学成分。每块试验牧草地面积为1.3公顷,供妊娠泌乳期的安格斯(Angus)牛、布朗格斯(Brangus)牛及其哺乳犊牛放牧利用。试验设置两组处理,分别为配备与未配备尺寸为长11米×宽7.3米、高2.4米的人工遮荫棚,试验周期为夏季的56天(7月至9月)。
