The gene expression patterns in the medial prefrontal cortex of wild-type mice treated with fluoxetine (15 mg/kg/day for 3 weeks) or vehicle were examined using Affymetrix GeneChip arrays. Overall design: Medial prefrontal cortex RNA isolated from wild-type mice (C57BL/6J) treated with fluoxetine (n = 8) or vehicle (n = 8).
