Validation of dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLS) cell lines with the original tumors via copy number alteration analysis [sequencing]

We validated patient's tumor-derived cell lines of liposarcoma by analysing copy number alterations using aCGH or WGS and comparing with the original tumor tissues. Overall design: examination of copy number alterations for 2 cell lines, one of the original tumor, one PDX-tumor and its original tumor.

本研究通过阵列比较基因组杂交（aCGH）或全基因组测序（WGS）分析拷贝数变异，并与原始肿瘤组织进行比对，验证了患者来源的脂肪肉瘤（liposarcoma）肿瘤细胞系。整体实验设计：对2株细胞系（其中1株来源于原始肿瘤组织）、1株患者来源的异种移植瘤（PDX，Patient-Derived Xenograft）及其对应的原始肿瘤组织开展拷贝数变异检测分析。
