DDX41 has been implicated in RNA splicing and ribosome biosynthesis, and mutations in this gene have been found in myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia. In this analysis, ChIP-seq was performed to analyze changes in RNA polymerase II distribution upon DDX41 knockdown.
