This file should be replaced by the files uploaded via FTP.
They should include two raw fastq files: "Nyssa_GBS_R1.fq.gz" and "Nyssa_GBS_R2.fq.gz"; One barcode file: "barcode2.key"; 9 parameter files for extracting different matrix via pyRAD software.

本文件应替换为通过文件传输协议（FTP）上传的文件。所上传文件需包含两份原始fastq（fastq）格式文件，分别为"Nyssa_GBS_R1.fq.gz"与"Nyssa_GBS_R2.fq.gz"；一份标签文件（barcode）："barcode2.key"；以及9个用于通过pyRAD软件提取不同矩阵的参数文件。
