Genome assembly of Zoarcoidei fishes

This project aims to perform long-read, PacBio hifi sequencing to assemble reference genomes for suborder Zoarcoidei in order to study convergent adaptation to marine, polar habitats and the gene family evolution of type III antifreeze proteins.

本项目旨在采用长读长PacBio HiFi测序技术，为绵鳚亚目（Zoarcoidei）类群组装参考基因组，以研究其对海洋极地生境的趋同适应机制，以及III型抗冻蛋白（type III antifreeze proteins）的基因家族演化规律。
