Each .zip file contains a directory of the same name. To replicate the existing code, users should decompress each directory into /data/input/, following the structure used in the code. (Note: as described in the main README, running some of the code, especially the "deep" pipelines requires access to proprietary data which is not included in this storage but needs to be obtained separately). ## Resulting directory structure The main repository contains a file that automatically downloads these data andputs them in the right location.
