This repository contains datasets and accompanying code underlying figures in Wray & Castañeda-Monsalve et al. It includes zebrafish behavior data, targeted metabolomics datasets, and processed outputs from the simplified human intestinal microbiota (SIHUMIx) model, covering community composition, functional pathway profiles, and untargeted metabolomics.
