RNA-seq analysis of peritoneal macrophage treated with LBT or LPS.

Peritoneal macrophages were treated with LBT or PBS for a duration of 24 hours, after LPS stimulation. The mRNAs were extracted and subsequently subjected to RNA sequencing.

经脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide, LPS）刺激后，对腹腔巨噬细胞采用LBT或磷酸盐缓冲液（Phosphate Buffered Saline, PBS）处理24小时；随后提取mRNA并进行RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。
