Samples of Centropyge joculator (voucher no. 369) were purchased from local aquarium and originally imported from Cocos-Keeling Island. Total genomic DNA was extracted from muscle tissue. Paired-end genomic library was constructed by using Illumina TruSeq DNA PCR-Free Library Preparation Kits and then performed next generation sequencing by Miseq splatform (2X300bp).

凭证标本号为369的绣红刺尻鱼（Centropyge joculator）样本购自本地水族商家，其原始引种来源为科科斯-基林群岛。从该样本的肌肉组织中提取总基因组DNA。采用Illumina TruSeq DNA无PCR建库试剂盒构建双端基因组文库，随后使用MiSeq测序平台（2×300bp读长）进行下一代测序。
