The immunological mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of alcohol-related liver disease (ALD) are still not fully understood. Here, we conducted an analysis of the transcriptome of liver immune cells using single-cell RNA sequencing. This study utilized single-cell data from liver samples of 5 ALD human cases. The study provides insights into the cellular diversity of liver immune cell populations in the pathogenesis of ALD and may offer potential foundations for tailored therapies in the future. Performing single-cell transcriptomic sequencing on liver tissue from 5 patients with alcoholic liver disease.
酒精性肝病(alcohol-related liver disease, ALD)发病所涉及的免疫学机制目前仍未完全阐明。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing)技术,对肝脏免疫细胞的转录组进行分析。本研究使用了5例ALD患者肝脏样本的单细胞测序数据,揭示了ALD发病过程中肝脏免疫细胞群体的细胞多样性,可为未来的定制化治疗提供潜在的理论基础。本研究对5例酒精性肝病患者的肝脏组织开展了单细胞转录组测序(single-cell transcriptomic sequencing)。
