Data: Morphometric Data

The attached file contains scaled, aligned, cropped 3d surfaces of first lower molars of the northern grasshopper mouse Onychomys leucogaster. Each surface is also represented as a set of 3d correspondence points (pseudolandmarks) in a .morphologika file format that can be read into R or other scripting languages for geometric morphometric analyses. Each specimen is represented by two replicate cropped surfaces. Specimens are associated with manuscript Vitek, N.S., McDaniel, S.F., and Bloch, J.I. In Review. 本附件文件包含北方蚱蜢鼠（Onychomys leucogaster）第一下臼齿经缩放、对齐与裁剪后的三维表面模型。每个表面模型同时以三维对应点（伪标志点，pseudolandmarks）的集合形式存储，采用.morphologika文件格式，该格式可导入R或其他脚本语言以开展几何形态计量学分析。每份标本对应两份重复裁剪后的表面模型。本数据集关联的待审论文为：Vitek, N.S.、McDaniel, S.F. 与 Bloch, J.I. 所撰《北方蚱蜢鼠臼齿形态的微进化变异与遗传结构解耦》，将发表于《Evolution》期刊。
