CGH analysis of allodiploid embryonic stem cells

We performed array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) for our hybrid cells. All two analyzed hybrid ES cell liness were chromosomally stable.我们针对本研究中的杂交细胞开展了阵列比较基因组杂交（array comparative genomic hybridization, aCGH）检测。本次分析的两株杂交胚胎干细胞（Embryonic Stem Cell, ES）系均具有染色体稳定性。
