精神病性与非精神病性双相情感障碍白质微结构研究数据

本数据集基于3T磁共振成像技术，对比分析29例精神病性双相情感障碍（PBD）、23例非精神病性双相情感障碍（NPBD）患者与65例健康对照者的白质微结构差异。通过扩散张量成像的基于纤维束的空间统计方法，比较各群组的各向异性分数（FA）和平均扩散率（MD），揭示两类双相障碍患者的白质微结构改变模式。

This dataset uses 3T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to comparatively analyze white matter microstructural differences among 29 patients with psychotic bipolar disorder (PBD), 23 patients with non-psychotic bipolar disorder (NPBD), and 65 healthy controls. Utilizing tract-based spatial statistics (TBSS) of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), it compares the fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) across all three groups, aiming to reveal the white matter microstructural alteration patterns of the two subtypes of bipolar disorder patients.
