Haubrich J - EGF receptor dimerization, TK inhibitor actions and internalization

Data were generated using cell signaling assays, based on TR-FRET measurements, and imaging. They showed modifications of conformation of the EGF receptors, dealing with its dimerization, and consequently with its cell signaling and internalization. The mode of action of some TK inhibitors was addressed on the same assays.
