We performed single nucleus ATAC (snATAC-seq) to generate cell-type-specific chromatin accessibility atlas of the mouse kidneys with ischemia-reperfusion injury. The single nucleus RNA-seq of the same samples were previously published (GEO139107) We performed single snATAC-seq of the mouse kidneys along a time course after ischemia-reperfusion injury (sham, 4 hr, 12 hr, 2 days, 14 days and 42 days after IRI).
我们通过单细胞核转座酶可及性测序(single nucleus ATAC, snATAC-seq)技术,构建了缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury, IRI)小鼠肾脏的细胞类型特异性染色质可及性图谱。针对上述相同样本的单细胞核RNA测序结果此前已发表于数据集GEO139107。我们针对缺血再灌注损伤后不同时间点(假手术组、缺血再灌注后4小时、12小时、2天、14天及42天)的小鼠肾脏开展了单细胞核ATAC测序。
