Haplotype clustering accuracy of High Resolution Melt analysis

Haplotype discrimination of High Resolution Melt analysis (HRM) across various non-coding chloroplast regions. Each haplotype was initially and selected for HRM, then run in replicate and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of HRM clustering determined for each haplotype and region. All nucleotide sequence data is available on genebank. Meta data and a study overview is provided in the uploaded data. <br>

本数据集围绕各类叶绿体非编码区域，采用高分辨率熔解曲线分析（High Resolution Melt analysis, HRM）开展单倍型鉴别工作。所有单倍型均经初步筛选后纳入HRM实验，随后设置重复实验组并开展测定，针对每种单倍型及其对应区域，明确HRM聚类分析的灵敏度、特异性与准确度。所有核苷酸序列数据均可在基因银行（GenBank）获取。上传数据中已提供相关元数据与研究概述。
