We performed RNA-seq to identify differentially expressed genes in response to knockout of EZH2 and global miRNA knockdown (VP55 overexpressed) in T98G Glioblastoma multiforme cells. Overall design: RNA-seq in WT and EZH2-/- T98G cells and VP55 overexpressed WT and EZH2-/- T98G cells.
