Replication Data for: Integration of imprint-free and low coercivity ferroelectric BaTiO3 thin films on silicon

This dataset contains the raw data needed to reproduce the figures in the article "Integration of imprint-free and low coercivity ferroelectric BaTiO3 thin films on silicon". The data are presented in 1) Plain text format (.dat, .txt, .csv extensions) 2) Image format for SPM data (.png, .svg, .pdf extensions). The data for each figure is accompanied by a readme file with further information.

本数据集涵盖复现论文《硅衬底上无印记低矫顽力铁电BaTiO3薄膜集成》中所有图表所需的原始数据。数据采用两类格式存储：1）纯文本格式（文件扩展名为.dat、.txt、.csv）；2）扫描探针显微镜（Scanning Probe Microscopy, SPM）数据所用的图像格式（文件扩展名为.png、.svg、.pdf）。每张图表对应的数据均附带包含详细补充信息的自述文件。
