10X genomics single cell sequencing of sheep testis (6 months-old)

A 6-month-old healthy male Hu sheep was selected and castrated for testis collection, then single cell suspension was obtained using enzymatic digestion method for single cell sequencing. And the cell types of sheep testis and marker genes of each cell type were identified based on the RNA sequencing. 选取1只6月龄健康雄性湖羊，对其实施阉割手术以获取睾丸组织，随后采用酶解法（enzymatic digestion）制备单细胞悬液（single cell suspension），用于单细胞测序（single cell sequencing）。基于RNA测序技术，鉴定绵羊睾丸的细胞类型及各细胞类型的标记基因（marker genes）。整体实验设计：通过单细胞测序获取单只湖羊睾丸样本的mRNA表达谱（mRNA profile）。
