Transcriptome analysis of 6 hour germinated pollen tube in Nicotiana tabacum

In this study, we conducted integrative analysis of transcriptome and proteome profiles to disentangle molecular cascade of events governing the three pollen development stages early bicellular pollen (stage 3), late bicellular pollen (stage 5) and 6 h-pollen tube (PT6).

本研究对转录组（transcriptome）与蛋白质组（proteome）谱开展整合分析，以阐明调控早期二细胞花粉（stage 3）、晚期二细胞花粉（stage 5）以及6小时花粉管（PT6）这三个花粉发育阶段的分子级联事件。
