N202 and LLC tumor spheroids expressing H2B-GFP were implanted directly onto the dorsal skin or with mammary, liver or lung tissue as indicated and monitored through the dorsal skin window chamber by IVM at the indicated times.
将表达H2B-GFP（组蛋白H2B-绿色荧光蛋白）的N202与LLC肿瘤球状体直接植入背部皮肤，或按照实验指示与乳腺、肝脏或肺组织共植入，随后借助背部皮肤窗口成像舱，通过活体显微成像（intravital microscopy, IVM）在指定时间点进行监测。
