It was hypothesised that the application of biomass ash as a waste-derived fertiliser induces soil-dependent plant metabolic responses, manifested as changes in antioxidant capacity, free amino acid profiles relevant to seed biological quality, and carbohydrate composition. The objective of this study was to assess the environmental relevance of biomass ash fertilisation by analysing plant metabolic responses reflected in the biochemical composition of rapeseed seeds cultivated under contrasting soil conditions.
本研究提出假说:将生物质灰(biomass ash)作为废弃物源肥料施用时,会引发土壤依赖性的植物代谢响应,具体表现为抗氧化能力、与种子生物学品质相关的游离氨基酸谱,以及碳水化合物组成的改变。本研究的目的为,通过分析在不同土壤条件下种植的油菜籽种子生化组成所体现的植物代谢响应,评估生物质灰施肥的环境相关性。
