Bacillus atrophaeus GQJK17 is a plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium (PGPR) isolated from the rhizophere of Lycium barbarum L.. It can inhibit Fusarium solani, which can cause Lycium barbarum L. root rot. In the plate confrontation experiment, the inhibition zone reached 5.99mm, and the inhibitory rate reached 57.62%. It has been collected in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC), and the preservation number is 13254. To study the mechanisms of promoting plant growth and biocontrol, a complete genomic sequencing is necessary.

萎缩芽孢杆菌(Bacillus atrophaeus)GQJK17是一株分离自宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)根际的植物促生根际细菌(plant growth-promoting rhizobacterium, PGPR)。该菌株可抑制引发宁夏枸杞根腐病的茄腐镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)。在平板对峙试验中,其抑菌圈直径可达5.99 mm,抑菌率达57.62%。该菌株已保藏于中国普通微生物菌种保藏管理中心(CGMCC),保藏编号为13254。为探究其植物促生与生物防治的作用机制,完成全基因组测序十分必要。
