该菌株在CM0181培养基上28℃生长良好,需氧类型为好氧可用于研究。可采用-80℃冰箱冻结法；真空冷冻干燥法进行保藏。在麦氏培养基上28℃培养3天，菌落较透明，细胞结构椭圆形，出芽生殖，单生或对生。用于黄豆酱的发酵生产。产淀粉酶、甘露聚糖酶、酯化酶、糖化酶。
This strain grows well on CM0181 medium at 28℃, is aerobic, and is suitable for research purposes. It can be preserved using either the -80℃ freezer cryopreservation method or the vacuum freeze-drying method. When cultured on Malt Extract Agar at 28℃ for 3 days, its colonies are relatively transparent, with oval-shaped cells that reproduce by budding, existing either singly or in pairs. This strain is used for the fermentative production of soybean paste, and it produces amylase, mannanase, esterase, and glucoamylase.
