Temperature and substrate limitation of methanogenesis and methane oxidation

Sediment slurry experiments to measure potential rate of methanogenesis in Lakes E4 and GTH 114 as a function of temperature and substrate availability, with supporting limnological data. Experiments were conducted with sediments from profundal, epilimnetic, and littoral zones fromLakes GTH 114 and E4.

为测定E4湖与GTH 114湖中产甲烷作用（methanogenesis）的潜在速率（该速率随温度与底物可利用性变化），本研究开展了沉积物泥浆实验，并配套了相关湖沼学辅助数据。实验所用沉积物采自GTH 114湖与E4湖的深底带、上层湖水区及沿岸带。
