Brassica oleracea var. botrytis isolate:inbreed line | cultivar:Korso Genome sequencing

we de novo sequenced the genome of a cauliflower (B. oleracea ssp. botrytis Korso) with a sequencing strategy combining single-molecule real-time sequencing (SMRT, PacBio), optical maps produced using the Saphyr system (BioNano Genomics), chromosome-contact maps (Hi-C) and short reads from an Illumina sequencer (unpublished).

我们对一株花椰菜（B. oleracea ssp. botrytis Korso）的基因组开展了从头测序，所用测序策略整合了单分子实时测序（single-molecule real-time sequencing，SMRT，PacBio）、采用Saphyr系统（BioNano Genomics）制备的光学图谱、染色体接触图谱（Hi-C），以及来自Illumina测序仪的未发表短读长序列。
