Genomic data of the root of peony after inoculation with AMF

The transcriptome data after inoculating AMF to one-year-old peony seedlings, the types of AMF inoculated included Fm, Ce, and a mixture of two AFM strains. After inoculation, samples of the peony roots from each treatment group were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing.

本数据集为一年生牡丹幼苗接种丛枝菌根真菌（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi，AMF）后的转录组数据。本次实验所接种的AMF菌株类型包括Fm、Ce以及两株AMF的混合菌株。接种完成后，采集各处理组的牡丹根系样本用于RNA提取与测序。
