Whole Genome Metagenome Sequencing of Farmer Field samples, Phaphund, Uttar Pradesh Raw sequence reads

The study was carried out to explore the diversity of microorganisms present in the organic fields of Phaphund, Uttar Pradesh in comparison to bulk soil and soil under conventional farming practice. Mustard plants grown in farms were targeted for sample collection and analysis for the present study.
