Efficient care management is key to the smooth running of any hospital, and also has a major economic and health impact on the population as a whole. One of the most important aspects of hospital care management and bed occupancy in the different departments is the quantitative and qualitative impact on the care that can be provided to patients.
In this work we will carry out an exhaustive analysis of the occupancy situation in the CHUS services with the highest number of admissions in recent years. The aim is to identify the critical points (both in terms of excess and limitation of existing beds) and to propose improvement actions where they are most needed. For this purpose, both spatial statistics and regression techniques will be used to model bed occupancy.

高效的医疗管理是保障医院平稳运行的核心前提，同时亦会对全体人群的经济与健康状况产生显著影响。医院各科室的医疗管理与床位占用情况，是影响患者可及医疗服务的量化与质性效果的关键维度之一。
本研究将针对近年来收治量最高的CHUS各科室的床位占用情况开展全面详尽的分析，旨在识别当前床位配置的关键瓶颈点（涵盖床位过剩与床位不足两类情形），并针对最亟需优化的场景提出切实可行的改进方案。为此，本研究将结合空间统计学与回归分析技术，对床位占用情况开展建模分析。
