This dataset includes multi-day and multi-temporal experimental observation data on the changes in photosynthesis, transpiration, and stomatal conductance of two desert vegetation species, Tamarix ramosissima and Haloxylon ammodendron, under different groundwater level environments, aiming to study the mechanism of water-carbon exchange processes between typical plants and the atmosphere in arid regions. This dataset falls within the scope of physiological ecology, physical geography, and hydrology.
