Microbial community diversity of Pseudoregma bambucicola (Hemiptera: Aphididae)

In this study, 16S rDNA amplicon high-throughput sequencing approach was used to assess the entire bacterial communities of wingless adult individuals that collected from different seasons of a year of Pseudoregma bambucicola. Then the influence of time series, ant attendance on the symbiotic bacterial diversity of this aphid was explored.

本研究采用16S rDNA扩增子高通量测序（16S rDNA amplicon high-throughput sequencing）技术，对全年不同季节采集的竹伪角蚜（Pseudoregma bambucicola）无翅成虫个体的完整细菌群落进行了表征。随后，本研究探究了时间序列与蚂蚁照料对该蚜虫共生细菌多样性的影响。
