To examine the response of Candida glabrata cells to iron-depleted and iron-repleted environmental conditions, transcriptional profiling analysis was carried out on wild-type and Cghog1∆ cells grown either in presence of BPS or ferric chloride. Genes involved in iron transport and homeostasis, oxidative phosphorylation, amino acid metabolic process and chromatin silencing were found to be differentially regulated. 为探究光滑假丝酵母(Candida glabrata)细胞在铁匮乏与铁充足环境中的应答模式,本研究对分别在BPS或氯化铁培养条件下生长的野生型与Cghog1Δ突变体细胞开展了转录谱分析。研究发现,参与铁转运与稳态维持、氧化磷酸化、氨基酸代谢过程以及染色质沉默的基因均存在差异表达调控。本实验采用安捷伦单通道芯片实验体系,实验所用生物为光滑假丝酵母,所用芯片平台为安捷伦定制化光滑假丝酵母8x15k表达谱芯片,由Genotypic Technology Private Limited设计(阵列设计编号AMADID: 49117);标记试剂盒为安捷伦Quick-Amp标记试剂盒(货号p/n5190-0442)
