The characterization of important hydrogenotrophic denitrifiers is essential to understand lasting or transient denitrification intermediate accumulation faced by nitrate remediation trials. Thus hydrogenotrophic denitrifiers were enriched and isolated from groundwater and sediment of a nitrate polluted oxic aquifer. The isolates belonged to the families Rhodocyclaceae and Burkholderiaceae and their denitrification phenotypes were analyzed alongside the essential genes of hydrogenotrophic denitrification.
解析关键氢营养型反硝化菌(hydrogenotrophic denitrifiers)的特性,对于理解硝酸盐修复试验中出现的持续或瞬时反硝化中间产物积累现象至关重要。因此,本研究从受硝酸盐污染的有氧含水层的地下水与沉积物中,富集并分离得到氢营养型反硝化菌。该批分离菌株隶属于红环菌科(Rhodocyclaceae)与伯克霍尔德菌科(Burkholderiaceae),本研究同时分析了这些菌株的反硝化表型,以及氢营养型反硝化作用的关键功能基因。
