This dataset consists of single-cell RNA-seq (10X) data from small intestinal crypts of healthy and HFHSD induced obese mice Foxa2-FVF/FVF mice and from small intestinal villi of healthy and HFHSD induced obese C57BL/6N mice. Mice were fed a HFHSD for 12 weeks. Intestinal crypt cell samples were FVF-enriched with FVF+ cells in a 1:1 ratio (50% FVF+, 50% FVF-) before sequencing. Single cell RNA seq experiments of isolated small intestinal cryptes and villi from adult mice were performed using 10X Genomics technology to generate single cell transcriptomic profiles of healthy and high-fat-high-sugar-diet (HFHSD) induced obese mice.

本数据集包含两类样本的单细胞RNA测序(10X平台)数据:一类取自健康及高脂高糖饮食(High-Fat High-Sugar Diet, HFHSD)诱导肥胖的Foxa2-FVF/FVF小鼠的小肠隐窝,另一类取自健康及HFHSD诱导肥胖的C57BL/6N小鼠的小肠绒毛。所有受试小鼠均经HFHSD饲喂12周。测序前,小肠隐窝细胞样本按1:1比例富集FVF阳性细胞,即FVF阳性与阴性细胞各占50%。本研究采用10X基因组学技术,对成年小鼠分离获得的小肠隐窝与绒毛进行单细胞RNA测序实验,以获取健康及HFHSD诱导肥胖小鼠的单细胞转录组图谱。
