Gene Set Cancer Analysis (GSCA) is an integrated platform for genomic, pharmacogenomic, and immunogenomic gene set cancer analysis.In this improved GSCA, we integrated expression, mutation, drug sensitivity and clinical data from four public data sources for 33 cancer types.
