Statistical analysis of ascites incidence.

Data from Table 1, comparing groups of mice receiving various treatment regimens, were analyzed statistically. A Fisher's exact test was performed for the equivalence of ascites based solely on the presence or absence of ascites in the various treatment groups. P values are depicted (P>0.05 considered not significant).

本研究针对表1中接受不同治疗方案的各组小鼠数据开展了统计学分析。基于各治疗组小鼠腹水的有无情况，采用Fisher确切概率法（Fisher's exact test）检验各组腹水发生率的等效性。所得P值均已标注，P>0.05判定为无统计学显著性。
