SPU is a new-generation independently controllable heterogeneous AI confidential computing coprocessor, serving as a critical infrastructure foundation for data element circulation and data security of large AI models. On one hand, during the circulation of data elements, by constructing hardware-level trusted execution environments, it can effectively protect users' "in-use" data in multi-party data fusion computing scenarios, realizing the computing paradigm of 'data available but not visible'.
