Analysis of Molecular Variance (AMOVA) across islands and populations within islands.

Several cut-offs for missing-ness per loci were used (5%, 10%, 20%), but the results from the AMOVA did not change substantially. Here we present the results from a cut-off of 5% (Table L in S1 Text). The significance of variation partitioning in each element was maintained. Analyses are based on a VCF containing 2856 SNPs.

本研究针对每个位点设置了多种缺失率截断阈值（5%、10%、20%），但分子方差分析（Analysis of Molecular Variance，AMOVA）的结果并未发生显著变化。本文呈现的是缺失率截断阈值为5%时的分析结果（详见S1文本中的表L），其各组分的变异划分显著性均得以保留。本次分析基于包含2856个单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）的变异调用格式（Variant Call Format, VCF）文件开展。
