Open letter to Student Attendance Monitoring Steering Group

This is an open letter of March 2013, written collaboratively by the listed authors and counter-signed by around 50 postgraduate students. It relates to a dispute with Newcastle University over their proposed implementation of a student surveillance system. The system was originally a response to the requirements of the UK Border Agency.
