Microbial diversity in non-healing bovine hoof lesions

To identify the major bacteria that cause non-healing bovine hoof lesions, twelve non-healing lesions and three healthy foot skin samples were collected from 7 dairy cattle farms for 16S rRNA gene amplicon-based metagenomic analysis.
