Excel file containing proteins identified in the lung cancer cohort described in Chapter 5 of the thesis entitled: "The Nasal Proteome as a Source of Biomarkers for SARS-CoV-2 and Lung Cancer". Tabs containing proteins identified in all samples, unique to individual disease groups and present in two of three disease groups. 

Nasal mucus from Nasosorption FX-i devices from patients with lung cancer, post-lung cancer resection and matched controls was eluted and processed for mass spectrometry analysis using S-Trap. Samples were analysed in a data-dependent manner and subsequently analysed using Proteome Discoverer software.

本Excel文件收录了题为《鼻蛋白质组作为SARS-CoV-2与肺癌生物标志物来源》的学位论文第5章所述肺癌队列中鉴定得到的蛋白质。其工作表涵盖三类蛋白质：所有样本中均检出的蛋白质、各疾病组专属的蛋白质，以及在三类疾病组中的两类中存在的蛋白质。

本研究对肺癌患者、肺癌术后患者及匹配对照人群使用Nasosorption FX-i采集装置获取的鼻腔黏液进行洗脱处理，并采用S-Trap技术完成质谱分析前的样本制备。所有样本均以数据依赖型采集模式开展质谱分析，后续通过Proteome Discoverer软件完成数据分析。
