บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองยะลา จำกัด

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 2) บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และ 3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะของสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองยะลา จำกัดประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือสมาชิกของสหกรณ์การเกษตรเมืองยะลา จำกัด โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 36 - 40 ปี การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อาชีพทำสวนยาง รายได้ต่อเดือนระหว่าง 12,001 - 14,000 บาท และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกระหว่าง 6 - 10 ปี 2) บทบาทสหกรณ์ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ ในระดับมาก ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญตามลำดับดังนี้ การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ การพัฒนาการเมืองการปกครอง และ การพัฒนาสังคมของสมาชิก ความเห็นของสมาชิกกับบทบาทของสหกรณ์ในพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพัฒนาสังคม และ การพัฒนาการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิก พบว่าสภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิกมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับการพัฒนาด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิก เพศ สัมพันธ์กับการลงทุน อายุ สัมพันธ์กับรายได้ รายจ่าย และการออม ระดับการศึกษา สัมพันธ์กับ รายจ่าย การออม และการลงทุน อาชีพสัมพันธ์กับ รายได้ รายจ่าย และการลงทุน รายได้ต่อเดือน สัมพันธ์กับรายได้ และการออม ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก สัมพันธ์กับ รายได้ รายจ่าย การออม และการลงทุน การพัฒนาสังคมของสมาชิก เพศ สัมพันธ์กับ การให้การศึกษา อบรมข้อมูลข่าวสาร และการให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน อายุ สัมพันธ์กับการให้การศึกษาอบรมข้อมูล ข่าวสาร การจัดสวัสดิการ และการให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน ระดับการศึกษา สัมพันธ์กับ การให้ การศึกษาอบรมข้อมูลข่าวสาร อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือนสัมพันธ์กับ ข่าวสาร การจัดสวัสดิการ และการให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน และระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก สัมพันธ์กับ การให้ความร่วมมือกับสมาชิกและชุมชน การพัฒนาการเมืองการปกครองของสมาชิก เพศ และอาชีพ สัมพันธ์กับ สิทธิเสรีภาพ การมีส่วนร่วม อายุ และรายได้ สัมพันธ์กับ ความเสมอภาค สิทธิเสรีภาพ การมีส่วนร่วม และการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย การศึกษา สัมพันธ์กับสิทธิเสรีภาพ ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกสัมพันธ์ กับความเสมอภาค การมีส่วนร่วม และการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย 3) ปัญหาอุปสรรค สมาชิกผิดนัดชำระหนี้ และการดำเนินธุรกิจสหกรณ์น้อยเกินไป ข้อเสนอแนะคือสหกรณ์ควรให้ความช่วยเหลือสมาชิกอย่างจริงจัง ควรขยายการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ และส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกอยู่ดีกินดี || The objectives of this research were to study 1) the demographic status ofmembers of Mueang Yala Agricultural Cooperative, Limited; 2) the role of the cooperativesin the economic, social and political development of its members; and 3) problems with that role and recommendations for improvements. The sample population consisted of 100 members of Mueang Yala Agricultural Cooperatives, Ltd. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi squaretest and content analysis. The results showed that 1) The majority of cooperatives members were male, aged 36-40, and had completed lower secondary school education. Most of them were rubber farmers, made income of 12,001-14,000 baht a month and had been members of the cooperatives for 6-10 years. 2) The members gave the opinion that overall, the cooperative played a large role in their economic, political and social development (ranked in order of importance). Statistically significant relationships were found between demographic factors and the members’ opinions on the cooperative’s role in their economic, social and political development, as follows: Economic development: The factor of sex was related to investment; the factor of age was related to income, expenses and savings; the factor of educational level was related to expenses, savings and investment; the factor of career was related to income, expenses, and investment; the factor of income was related to income and savings; and the factor of number of years of membership was related to income, expenses,savings and investment; Social development: The factor of sex was related to education/training/informing and cooperating with cooperative members and the community; the factor of age was related to ducation/training/informing, welfare, and cooperating with cooperative members and the community; the factor of educational level was related to education/training/informing; the factors of career and income were related to news, welfare,and cooperating with cooperative members and the community; and the factor of number of years of membership was related to cooperating with cooperative members and thecommunity; Political development: The factors of sex and career were related to rights/liberties and participation; the factors of age and income were related to equality, rights/liberties, participation and promotion of democracy; the factor of educational level was related to rights/liberties; and the factor of number of years of membership was related toequality, participation and promotion of democracy. 3) Problems identified were that some members were unable to make their loan payments on time and that the cooperative did not have enough business operations. The recommendations for improvement were that the cooperative should help the members more ardently, should branch out into more lines of business, and should support a good standard of life for its members.

本研究旨在探讨三个核心议题：1）也拉直辖县农业合作社有限公司（Mueang Yala Agricultural Cooperative, Limited）社员的基本概况；2）该合作社在社员经济、社会与政治发展中所发挥的作用；3）该合作社在助力社员实现经济、社会及政治发展过程中面临的问题、障碍及改进建议。本研究的研究对象为也拉直辖县农业合作社有限公司的社员，共抽取100名社员作为研究样本。本研究采用问卷调查法收集数据，并运用频数、百分比、均值、标准差、卡方检验及内容分析法对数据进行分析。研究结果如下：1. 合作社社员基本概况：多数社员为男性，年龄介于36-40岁之间，学历为初中毕业，职业为橡胶种植户，月收入为12001-14000泰铢，入社时长为6-10年。2. 合作社的作用评价：社员普遍认为，合作社在社员经济、政治与社会发展中发挥了显著作用，按重要性排序依次为经济发展、政治发展及社会发展。进一步分析显示，社员人口统计学特征与社员对合作社在各领域发展作用的评价存在显著统计学关联，具体如下：（1）经济发展维度：性别与投资行为相关；年龄与收入、支出及储蓄相关；学历与支出、储蓄及投资相关；职业与收入、支出及投资相关；月收入与收入及储蓄相关；入社时长与收入、支出、储蓄及投资相关。（2）社会发展维度：性别与教育/培训/信息告知及与社员和社区的合作相关；年龄与教育/培训/信息告知、福利保障及与社员和社区的合作相关；学历与教育/培训/信息告知相关；职业与月收入与信息服务、福利保障及与社员和社区的合作相关；入社时长与社员和社区的合作相关。（3）政治发展维度：性别与职业与权利/自由及参与度相关；年龄与收入与平等性、权利/自由、参与度及民主推广相关；学历与权利/自由相关；入社时长与平等性、参与度及民主推广相关。3. 研究发现的问题与障碍：部分社员未能按时偿还贷款，且合作社的业务规模过小。改进建议：合作社应切实为社员提供帮扶，拓展业务经营范围，并助力社员提升生活品质。
