Myositis TCR beta adaptive immune receptor repertoires

Objectives: To characterize the T cell receptor (TCRb) repertoire in peripheral blood and muscle tissues of treatment naive patients with newly diagnosed idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs).Methods: High throughput RNA sequencing of the TCRb chain was performed in peripheral blood and muscle tissue in twenty newly-diagnosed treatment-naive IIM patients and healthy controls. Results thereof were correlated with markers of disease activity.

研究目标：对初诊未接受治疗的特发性炎症性肌病（idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, IIMs）患者外周血与肌肉组织中的T细胞受体β链（T cell receptor beta chain, TCRβ）库进行表征分析。研究方法：对20名初诊未接受治疗的IIMs患者及健康对照的外周血与肌肉组织中的TCRβ链开展高通量RNA测序，并将测序结果与疾病活动度标志物进行关联分析。
