Bigio et al (2023) Accuracy of SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen tests: an analysis of discordance between package inserts and meta-analysis of independent research studies

Package inserts of the SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen tests included in our paper, as well as the Stata dataset and do file for our analysis. The do file is a representative code used for one of the tests. It fits a bivariate model comparing both the sensitivity and specificity of Cochrane and IFU.

本文所纳入的新型冠状病毒（SARS-CoV-2）快速抗原检测试剂盒的包装说明书，以及用于本研究分析的Stata数据集与do文件。该do文件为针对其中一项检测所使用的代表性分析代码，其拟合了双变量模型，用以比较考克兰（Cochrane）协作网标准与使用说明书（Instruction for Use，简称IFU）对应的检测灵敏度与特异度。
