本研究采用两样本柯尔莫哥洛夫-斯米尔诺夫(Kolmogorov-Smirnov, KS)检验与两样本威尔科克森-曼-惠特尼(Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney, WMW)检验,针对1000个HRND子网与1000个RND子网的差异表达富集值(f2)计算得到P值。相较于普通随机子网,与丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C Virus, HCV)靶点具有网络邻近性的随机子网在差异表达基因中的富集程度更高。
